About Us
The DIVA Effect, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women and girls navigate various challenges using strengths-based approaches that empower them to make intentional life choices and realize their full potential. We believe that by providing unique opportunities, experiences, and resources that educate, elevate, and empower, all women can accept their identities, chart their futures, and enhance their communities.
We are guided by our 3T: Three Transformative Tenets – Educate, Elevate, and Empower – the pillars of our mission and the driving force behind our community impact.
Educate
We educate by providing accessible workshops, resources, and programs that build essential life skills, promote career development, and facilitate access to higher education.

We empower women and girls through supportive services, confidence building, and a safe, inclusive community.
