The DIVA Effect, Inc is a nonprofit organization (501c3) that helps women and girls overcome various challenges through strengths-based approaches that enable them to make purposeful life choices and reach their full potential. We believe that when exposed to unique opportunities, experiences and resources that educate, elevate, and empower, all women can embrace who they are, define their future, and strengthen their communities
The goals of the DIVA Effect, Inc. are to:

Educate by exposing participants to unique opportunities and resources that will allow them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for personal development.
